This includes, but is not limited to, adding a fence, replacing a roof, changing paint color, installing a flagpole, solar panels, swimming pool or satellite dish.
If you don’t live in one of the seven HOAs*, you use the GPOA ACC. Go to ACC to find out the guidelines and get an application.

A. Greenbrier was designed as an ‘urban forest’ and when we ask people why they decided to move to Greenbrier, “the trees!!!” is the most popular answer. So, we love our trees and the covenants protect them.
When it comes to cutting trees down, it depends on where you live. If you don’t live in one of the seven HOAs*, before you remove any tree with a diameter greater than six (6) inches at a height of twelve (12) inches above the ground, you must get approval from the Architectural and Covenant Committee (ACC). The form you need, and the procedure is explained here. Click link.
